Nautical Apple

Although the majority of Nautical software has been written for the PC, there is still some excellent software that may fill your needs on the Mac. These programs have been selected for their ability do the job on the Mac and some of them are far superior to any available for the PC.

Mac owners, however, can run Windows on the new Intel Macs and all the navigation programs for the PC. I have run my 42 foot trawler with GPSNavX for the Mac from South Carolina to Panama with very precise an accurate navigation interphased with my USB GPS unit.
